The agenda for Catholic Social Teaching  nights:

• Emcee to provide context – 5 mins.

• A parish group will provide prayer – 5 mins.

• Speaker -30 mins.

• Small Group – 20 mins. – should produce a question for speaker, and 1 question for each issue, e.g., life and war issues for first candidates forum.  The questions will be reviewed and will be sent to the Campaign representatives

• Q & A – 30 mins.

• Wrap up – 5 minutes

Questions generated from this session will be provided to campaign representatives prior to the candidate night.

 

The agenda for the Candidates’ forum nights:

 

• Emcee to provide context – 5 minutes

• Prayer – 5 minutes

• Q & A – Emcee will ask the determined question – Answers will be limited to 1 minute.  Timer will be assigned.  Total of 30 minutes for each issue.  If there is available time, open questions could be entertained.

• 1 minute for each campaign rep or candidate for pitching.

• Wrap up – 5 minutes
